This Privacy Policy explains how TLOB S.A.R.L ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the TLOB S.A.R.L website and mobile applications (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: name, phone number, email address, and delivery address(es) you provide when registering or placing an order.
• Order information: items ordered, order value, order history, and special delivery instructions.
• Location information: your delivery address and, where permitted, your device's location, used to show nearby vendors and enable order tracking.
• Payment information: payment method selected; card details are handled directly by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on TLOB S.A.R.L's own servers.
• Device and usage information: device type, app version, IP address, and general usage data collected automatically to help us maintain and improve the Platform.
• Device identifier: a non-personal, app-generated device identifier used to prevent abuse of promotions such as welcome offers and the rewards wheel (for example, stopping the same device from repeatedly claiming a one-time offer under different accounts). This identifier is not derived from any personal contact or hardware permission and is not used for advertising.
• Delivery help photos and voice notes: if you choose to add a photo or a short voice note to help a delivery partner find your address, that photo or recording is stored with your delivery address and shared with the delivery partner assigned to your order. This is entirely optional.
• Camera and microphone (Live Shopping): TLOB S.A.R.L includes a live video shopping feature. Watching a broadcast does not use your camera or microphone. If you ask to join a broadcast on camera and the store approves, your camera and microphone are used to transmit your live video and audio to other viewers of that broadcast, for as long as you take part. You can leave at any time and the store can remove you. TLOB S.A.R.L does not record or store these broadcasts. Messages you send in a live chat are visible to the store and other viewers, and are kept so later viewers can see recent chat history.
• Photos you upload: a profile picture, or an image added to help a delivery partner find your address. Delivery help photos are shared with the delivery partner assigned to your order.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders, including sharing necessary order and contact details with the relevant vendor and delivery partner.
• To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
• To send order updates, receipts, and, where you have opted in, promotional communications.
• To maintain the security of the Platform and prevent fraud or misuse.
• To improve our services based on usage patterns and feedback.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share the minimum information necessary with vendors and delivery partners to fulfil your order (such as your name, delivery address, and order details). We may also share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Platform, such as payment processors, mapping services, and communication providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
