Welcome to TLOB S.A.R.L. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TLOB S.A.R.L website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated in Lebanon. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who We Are

TLOB S.A.R.L is a multi-vendor delivery marketplace connecting customers with independent restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and delivery partners across Lebanon. TLOB S.A.R.L facilitates the ordering and delivery process but does not itself manufacture, prepare, stock, or own the products listed by vendors on the Platform.

2. Accounts

To place an order you must create an account and provide accurate, current information, including a valid phone number and delivery address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform.

3. Orders and Pricing

Product availability, prices, and delivery fees are set by individual vendors and may change without prior notice. TLOB S.A.R.L displays this information in good faith but is not liable for pricing or listing errors made by vendors. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable delivery fees, service fees, and taxes.

4. Payments

Payment may be made via the methods offered at checkout, which may include cash on delivery, card payment, or digital wallet, depending on availability. Card and digital payments are processed by third-party payment providers; TLOB S.A.R.L does not store your full payment card details on its own servers.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times shown on the Platform are approximate and may be affected by factors outside TLOB S.A.R.L's control, including traffic, weather, vendor preparation time, and order volume. TLOB S.A.R.L and its delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated window but do not guarantee exact delivery times.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled subject to the status of preparation and delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds, where applicable, are issued in accordance with that policy.

7. Vendor and Delivery Partner Relationship

Vendors and delivery partners on TLOB S.A.R.L operate as independent businesses or independent contractors. TLOB S.A.R.L is not an employer of delivery partners and is not the seller of record for vendor products, except where TLOB S.A.R.L is expressly identified as such. Any dispute regarding product quality, order accuracy, or delivery conduct should first be reported to TLOB S.A.R.L support so we can assist in resolving it with the relevant vendor or delivery partner.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by providing false information, attempting to defraud vendors or delivery partners, interfering with the Platform's operation, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

The TLOB S.A.R.L name, logo, and Platform design are the property of TLOB S.A.R.L. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLOB S.A.R.L is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses caused by vendor errors, delivery delays, or third-party payment issues. TLOB S.A.R.L's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

TLOB S.A.R.L may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
